♥ Valentine's Bliss ♥

When Bliss arrived, my heart skipped a beat.

It was beautiful and breathtaking.

And I had all sorts of Valentine projects planned for this adorable collection.

And now, some of them are finally finished!

Table runner

I didn't have a pattern for this one, I just kind of made it up.
Which was really hard, but totally worth it.
It turned out exactly the way I wanted!

Rosette Wreath
I have been wanting to try my hand at making fabric rosettes for awhile now, and they were actually a lot easier than I thought they would be.
I have since become addicted to rosette making.

Which is great because it is using up a lot of my scraps!

Love me some Bliss! Isn't it great for Valentines?

And CHRYSALIS is here!

All 25 prints.

I may have gotten a little carried away.

But once you see it, you will be in love too!

About this time of year here in Idaho, I am wishing I were "Sunkissed".
Sunshine is hard to come by these days.

However, a little ray of sunshine did find my home today as I opened up this package!

Sunkissed by Sweetwater for Moda

Those bright pinks, oranges and beautiful grays are exactly what I needed today!

Not to mention the inspiring words on the "Life Defined" prints!

We also received another shipment of one your favorite collections,

I know they are a favorite because I can hardly keep them in stock!

And today we added a new guy to the bunch,

Sock Monkeys in Blue

I hope you find him as warm and endearing as the Cream and Red Sock Monkeys.

Well, as wimpy as this may sound, I am off for nap!

All this fabric talk has me pooped!

Have great weekend everyone and Happy Sewing!

Once these prints are gone, they are gone.  Most have been discontinued and can't be reordered.

And along with these awesome sale prices, I do have a bit of bad news.

Well, not really bad news, as sad news :(

As most of you are aware there is currently a cotton crisis, which has pushed the price of cotton up.
You know, supply and demand (wow that takes me back to college)

Anyways, to keep up with the current price increase of cotton, we will also have to raise our prices a little.
Most new collections will start at around $8.50-$9.00 per yard.

I still pledge to keep our prices low, and will still be below the manufacture suggested retail price.
Again, that is how much I love you guys!
Can you feel the love today!

All current prices in the shop will remain the same. So head on over and snatch up all these great deals before they are gone!

In Fabric News....

What other news could you expect from this blog, right?

Hope you all had a great holiday season and are ready for this new year!
I know did, and am!

Especially since this was the first fabulous fabric delivery of 2011!

Isn't it To.Die.For!

I love them all, but if I had to pick a favorite, it would this little sweety:
It is just so bright and fun and makes me wish that Springtime was here!
(there is a blizzard taking place right outside my window as we speak)

That's okay, Spring will be here before we know it, and I need time to get all my springtime projects underway!

Oh yeah, this little gem also just arrived:
Bicycles in Gray from Michael Miller Fabrics
It leaves me speechless, it is just too darn cute!
